nice roof terrace with view over the city, bar unfortunately closed in winter. there is currently a construction site next to the hotel. construction noise early in the morning and at noon. should be informed before booking. staff super nice. we arrived there were no german tv channels because the server was broken. fixed the same day.
bathroom in our room urgently needs renovation. wc flushing running. shower leaking, so that every time you put the whole bathroom under water, sink drain clogged, joints in shower black.

The breakfast was good and varied. Beautiful roof terrace.
The heating of the room was insufficient in view of the nightly cold.

The rooftop terrace had fine views. Our toilet was not fixed to the floor.

The location is within walking distance of the old town and all sights. The possibility to park your car in the hotel garage is not a matter of course in Granada. Good breakfast .
Unfortunately the air conditioning for cooling had not yet been put into operation, although it was already very warm for mid-March. Therefore it was quite warm in our room at night.

Impressive and fairly clean place, absolutely gorgeous view to the town. Rich and enjoyable breakfast, immaculate double room. Marvellous location, a 10-15 minute walk from an ornate cathedral. My favourite property in Granada😀😃

This hotel suits me perfectly! With wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a helpful 24-hour reception, I always feel at home. On my first stay, the staff helped me find great places to eat. Highly recommend for city trips!

Location
Had dinner at the hotel restaurant at the same time as a football match was on. We were the only diners and yet the food was NOT GOOD. Two steaks ordered had to be sent back to be cooked again. A meal from the extremely limited menu listed as sole with potatoes and tomatoes actually had meat in it and was served to a non-meat eater. (The waiter checked the menu which had no mention of meat in the dish, he too was surprised) When a fresh dish appeared it was very unimpressive, a piece if fish, some potato water and a few cooked tomatoes. Not what I would expect of a four star hotel.
